2. Subject & Scope

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of print-on-demand products ordered by the Buyer (vendor) through the ETS Stores platform (etsstores.com), in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concerning consumer protection, e-commerce, and distance selling.

3. Product Description

The products sold through the Platform are custom-printed garments. Vendors select blank products (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Pantalons, Shorts) from the ETS catalog and submit their own designs. ETS Stores prints the vendor's design onto the selected garment and ships the finished product. The essential characteristics, quantity, and pricing of each product are displayed on the Platform at the time of order.

4. Price & Payment

All product prices are listed on the Platform in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes. Payment is made exclusively through the vendor's ETS Stores wallet balance. The total order amount is deducted from the wallet at the time of order placement. Credit card and other external payment methods will be available soon.

5. Delivery Terms

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe indicated on the Platform. Delivery method depends on the order type:

• On Platform (Cargo Code): The vendor provides a cargo tracking code. ETS Stores ships the order via the specified carrier.
• Social Media (Address Delivery): The vendor provides the end customer's delivery address. ETS Stores ships directly to the provided address.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. ETS Stores is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after handoff.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, consumers may have rights regarding distance contracts where such rights apply. However, goods that are produced or clearly personalized according to the buyer's specifications are commonly excluded from withdrawal or return rights.

Since all ETS Stores products are custom-printed with vendor-supplied designs, they are considered personalized goods and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal where such exemption applies. Vendors acknowledge this exception at the time of order placement.

Notwithstanding the above, if a product is delivered defective or incorrect, vendors may request a replacement or wallet credit refund as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Vendor Obligations

The Buyer (vendor) agrees to:

• Provide accurate account and delivery information
• Ensure uploaded designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Maintain sufficient wallet balance for orders
• Review order details carefully before submission

8. Seller Obligations

ETS Stores agrees to:

• Print and deliver orders in accordance with the specifications submitted by the vendor
• Maintain the quality of printing and garments
• Process wallet refunds promptly for cancelled orders
• Protect vendor data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and brought before the competent courts or authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
