1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ETS Stores platform at etsstores.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services Description

ETS Stores is a print-on-demand service. Vendors who sell clothing through their own channels (Shopify, Etsy, social media, etc.) use the Platform to select blank garments from our catalog, upload their custom designs, and place orders. ETS Stores handles the printing, quality control, and shipping of finished products on behalf of vendors.

The Platform provides vendors with tools for order management, wallet-based payments, design uploads, and account management. ETS Stores does not sell directly to end consumers; all orders are placed by registered vendor accounts.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, surname, email address, and phone number. You must verify your email address before your account becomes active. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ETS Stores reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Wallet & Payments

Orders on the Platform are paid using your ETS Stores wallet balance. Wallet funds are added by the platform administrator. When you place an order, the total cost is deducted from your wallet balance. You must have sufficient funds in your wallet to complete an order.

If an order is cancelled by the administrator, the order amount will be refunded to your wallet balance. Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless explicitly agreed upon with ETS Stores management.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters the processing pipeline: Pending, Printing, and Shipped. Vendors may cancel their own orders only while the status is Pending.

Because all products are custom-printed to order, completed orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain full ownership of all designs they upload to the Platform. By uploading a design, you grant ETS Stores a limited, non-exclusive license to use that design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders (printing on garments). ETS Stores will not use, reproduce, or distribute your designs for any other purpose.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all designs you upload, and that your designs do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. ETS Stores is not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from vendor-submitted designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

ETS Stores provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. ETS Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

ETS Stores reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
