Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

ETS Stores is a print-on-demand service. Because all products are custom-printed with vendor-supplied designs, our refund policy differs from standard retail return policies. Please read this policy carefully before placing orders.

2. Order Cancellation

Vendors may cancel their own orders only while the order status is "Pending." Once production starts (status: "Printing" or later), vendor cancellation is no longer available. An ETS Stores administrator may still cancel orders before they reach "Shipped" when operationally required.

When an order is cancelled, the full order amount is automatically refunded to the vendor's wallet balance. The refund appears immediately as a wallet credit transaction.

3. Completed Orders

Because all products are custom-printed to order using vendor-supplied designs, completed orders (status: Done) are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. Each item is uniquely produced and cannot be resold.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective (printing errors, damaged garment, quality issues not caused by the design file) or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact ETS Stores support within 7 days of receiving the order. Include your order number and photographs of the issue.

After review, ETS Stores will at its discretion either:

  • Reprint and reship the order at no additional cost
  • Issue a full wallet credit refund for the affected items

5. Wallet Credit Refunds

All refunds on the ETS Stores platform are issued as wallet credits, not cash refunds. Refunded wallet credits can be used toward future orders on the Platform. The refund amount will reflect in your wallet balance and transaction history.

6. Design File Issues

ETS Stores is not responsible for printing issues caused by low-resolution, improperly formatted, or otherwise unsuitable design files submitted by the vendor. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure designs meet the recommended specifications before placing an order. No refund will be issued for quality issues attributable to the uploaded design.

7. Shipping Issues

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact ETS Stores support with your order number and any tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if appropriate, reprint the order or issue a wallet credit.
